Monthly — what comes after
Most businesses go with ongoing support so their website stays secure and findable, and can keep being developed over the long run. The minimum term is 6 months — because SEO work needs time before it really does anything. After that the partnership can be cancelled monthly.

A "small content change" means: swapping text, updating opening hours, changing an image, adding a date — things that typically take under 15 minutes. Bigger rebuilds are quoted beforehand, and I always tell you what it costs first.
Honestly
A shop with stock levels, shipping classes and payment processing is its own craft, and not one I offer — there are specialised solutions like Shopify for that.
Good images come from someone who does that all day. I help with selecting and editing them.
Google Ads and social media advertising are a job of their own with a budget of their own. I make sure your site is ready when the click arrives — running the ads I leave to specialists.
Nobody can guarantee a particular Google ranking, and anyone who says they can is lying to you. What I can tell you is what I do, why I do it, and what it realistically achieves.

Because a site for a painter with four services is a different job from one for a clinic with online bookings. The "from" disappears after our first conversation: you get a fixed number in the quote before I start, and that's the number that holds.
After our chat you get a fixed quote. Once you accept, you pay a 30% deposit. The balance falls due as soon as your website is finished — before launch. Invoice by email, payable by bank transfer within 14 days.
Small things in the first two weeks after launch I do at no charge — it's normal for something to come up once you're living with it. After that, either through the monthly support or one-off by the hour, always with the cost agreed beforehand.
No, you don't. But honestly: hosting, SSL, security updates and backups don't disappear just because nobody thinks about them — right up until the day something goes down and nobody feels responsible. From $299 AUD a month I take all of it on, so you never have to think about it again.
Because SEO and optimisation don't work overnight. I want to make sure you get the full benefit of the partnership — and don't give up after 4 weeks, before the work has even become visible. After 6 months you can cancel monthly.
After 6 months you can cancel at any time — monthly, to the end of the month. Your domain and your content stay with you.
You do. The domain, content and code are all in your name.
Absolutely. The web keeps moving — search optimisation, AI search, Google changing its guidelines constantly. A website that was good a few years ago is often technically out of date today. Send me the link, I'll have a look and tell you honestly what's worth doing. That costs you nothing.
One conversation at the start, a few photos and some information about your services, and two or three rounds of feedback on the designs. Usually two to four hours all up, spread over several weeks. I do the rest.
Then don't work it out on your own. Tell me briefly what you've got in mind and I'll tell you which package I'd recommend — even if that's the cheapest one.
